I couldn’t be happier with 24/7 Properties managing my property. I’m a worrier. Like a SERIOUS worrier and I wouldn’t trust something that is so important to me to anyone else. I don’t worry knowing that they will handle things professionally and will look out for the best interest of what belongs to me as if it were her own. Regarding paper work, monthly statements are easy to follow and are delivered on-time.  Annual reports are complete, accurate and also on-time.  The firm prepares the necessary Form-1099s for contract labor employed during the year, which is another example of great service.
