Keola Kirkwood has an extensive knowledge of the real estate market and started off his real estate career in Phoenix, Arizona in 2006 where he survived the severe ups and downs of the market and quickly learned the ins and out of foreclosures, short sales, and how to deal with both investors and distressed sellers. Keola eventually moved back to his Portland, Oregon hometown where he and his wife, Anna, and their children could be closer to family. Keola continues to transaction coordinate for his real estate team in Arizona while seeking to expand his real estate business here in Oregon which began with 24/7 Properties in 2015. Keola’s primary goal is to provide the highest level of customer service to his clients by striving to understand and meet each client’s needs while maintaining a commitment to achieve the best possible sales or purchase price.
